The Lazio 30-inch Alta Qualita Dual Fuel Range blends professional design with durability. Its stainless-steel structure boasts 5 sealed burners (70,000 BTU total), including a potent dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and precise simmering. The continuous cast iron grates, wok ring, and reversible grill/griddle enhance cooking versatility. The 4.32 cu. ft. oven, with 6500 Watt combined convection broil and bake output, features an insulated 3-layer glass door for safety and visibility. The true convection element ensures fast, precise, and consistent cooking. Accessories include 2 oven racks, air fry rack & basket, drip pan (suitable for steam cleaning), and an LP conversion kit. Zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings ensure enduring beauty.
