The cooking surface features 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners, totaling 160,000 BTU. Each burner offers 20,000 BTU, with the ability to simmer as low as 1,000 BTU. Heavy-duty continuous cast-iron grates provide smooth cookware movement and cover a recessed enamel cooktop that makes spill cleanup easy. The 6.58 cu. ft. double ovens, with a 44,000 BTU output, are enclosed in a speckled blue enamel interior. The main oven features a 10,000 BTU infrared mesh broiler, rotisserie skewer, and a convection fan for precise and consistent cooking on multiple levels. The package includes 6 telescopic stainless-steel oven racks, a rotisserie kit, wok support, griddle, air fryer kit, and an LP conversion kit. Zinc-coated illuminated metal knobs with bezel rings add a touch of elegance.
