At Home Warehouse our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to cancel or return your order, please read our entire return policy, outlined below.

Order Return Policy

• Return Requests: Must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Except for Cosmo orders which must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled after processing but prior to shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of 3.5% of the order total. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs.
