The 48” Forno Galiano French Door Gas Range brings professional styling and Performance into your home kitchen with its durable stainless-steel design.The cooktop features 8 sealed burners witha total output of 107,000 BTU, one burner a 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner that can reach a simmer of 1,000 BTU for precise simmering. The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. Double electric ovens have a combined 6.58 cu.ft. capacity with a total output of 9,700 Watts encased in a speckled blue enamel interiors and tempered 3-layer glass oven door windows. Right-side oven consists of a true convection fan function. Included is an LP conversion kit, 4 electroplated oven racks & griddle. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
